Eligible applicants are Montana companies that have been awarded a Small Business Innovative Research Program or Small Business Technology Transfer Program (Federal SBIR/STTR Program) Phase I award and that, if the opportunity to do so is available, intend to apply for a Federal SBIR/STTR Program Phase II award.

Quarterly reports are required for the duration of the project and final reports are due at the end of the project.
